At L’AMOUR Moroccan Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality, natural skincare
products that meet the needs of our valued customers. If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
**1. Eligibility for Refund**
We accept refund requests for products purchased directly from L’AMOUR Moroccan Beauty's
website within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a refund, products must be
unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
**2. Return Process**
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at

with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed
instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs,
unless the item is defective or damaged.
**3. Non-Returnable Items**
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used
skincare items. Products purchased through third-party retailers or sales channels are also not
eligible for returns through this policy.
**4. Refund Method**
Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to the original method of
payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account,
depending on your payment provider.
**5. Exchange Policy**
If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can arrange for a replacement product
